QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ABOUT PWP
What are the qualifications for becoming a member of PWP?
     Answer--You must be single (divorced, separated, widowed, or never married) AND have been a parent.
How do you join?
     Attend an Orientation (see above for locations & dates).
What happens at Orientation?
  • Learn about our various activities and services
  • Fill out an application blank
  • Bring the name, phone number, address of another person to verify your single parent status
  • Pay the $49 yearly membership fee(effective 1 October 2006).
    • What other entitlements are there with membership?
    • You will receive a monthly newsletter which will list all our local events and activities planned for the upcoming month. Newsletters received monthly by email; newsletters mailed only upon request.
    • Each month PWP offers a NEW MEMBER WELCOME SERIES. These are group introductory encounters with other new members to provide you with a comfortable setting for those who are new at "being single again."
    • Your local membership card makes you eligible to attend other PWP events in other cities and towns throughout the United States, Canada, and worldwide should you be out-of-town on business or vacation.

    For local registration, please attend our Orientation session and fill out an application form then. That entitles you to our local PWP Chapter 715 Newsletter, voting, and eligibility to serve on our local board.

    Should you desire to join as a "Member-At-Large" with our International Organization, please click below for form and follow instructions from the International Office.
